- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3. Deposits & Payments
The following rules apply when making deposits on ack444:
- The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
- Accepted payment methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT.
- Deposits are generally credited instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.
- Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
- Ack444 reserves the right to decline any deposit if suspicious activity is detected.
- Once deposited funds have been credited to a gaming account, they cannot be transferred to a third party.
4. Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions must be met when withdrawing winnings:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
- The maximum single withdrawal limit is BDT 500,000 (five hundred thousand) per day.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. Accounts under verification may take longer.

- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.

- If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

- If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- Due to a court order or legal obligation.
- If a member submits a request to close their own account.
To close your account yourself, contact the support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the closure.
11. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes or complaints, please follow the process below:
- First, notify our support team via live chat or email.
- The support team will respond within 72 hours and work to resolve the issue.
- If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to ack444's management.
- Ack444's decision shall be considered final in all disputes.
12. Limitation of Liability
Ack444 is not liable for the following:
- If a bet or game is cancelled due to an internet disconnection or technical issue.
- Due to delays or errors on the part of a third-party payment provider.
- If unauthorized access to the account occurs due to the user's own negligence or a password leak.

13. Intellectual Property
All content on the ack444 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and games — is protected under the intellectual property rights of ack444 or its licensors.

14. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ack444 is licensed. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
